Journey to Health

I battled weight (diets), hypothyroidism, anxiety, and menopause for many years, thinking that losing weight was just impossible for me in my 50’s. Rising cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure became things I had to now face!

Defeated, depressed, and disappointed were just a few of the things I felt on a daily basis.

UNTIL I FOUND HOPE!! I found this program that has helped me transform every part of me from the inside out. That is the only way true healing and change can happen. Now I want to pay it forward and help you reclaim your health when you thought it was impossible. I am living proof that you never give up, it might just be you haven’t found the right path yet...till now!!
