AGING - People who drink large amounts of water are less likely to suffer from scars, wrinkles, and soft lines and they won't show as many signs of aging as those who drink little amounts of water. As you age, your sensation of thirst becomes less and less noticeable. To combat this, get in the habit of drinking a glass of water in the morning when you wake up, a glass with every meal, and a glass before bed. The best way to beat the effects of dehydration is to stay ahead of them!

HAIR HEALTH - Believe it or not, water makes up almost 25% of the weight of a single strand of hair. Drinking at least two liters of water a day will help the strength of your hair, increasing growth.

YOUR WEIGHT - Although water itself is not a weight-loss drug, it can be a positive influence on your diet as well as your metabolism. Those who stay vigilant about hydration enjoy a boosted metabolism, and a tall glass of water before a meal can help reduce overindulgence.

Drink at least 64 ounces a day or more! Make water your new best friend.
